I am Nousha Madhavan, a Legal Consultant at RKO Law Firm, Abu Dhabi, with over 9 years of professional legal experience. My legal career began in the UAE construction sector as a Legal Advisor, where I gained strong exposure to construction contracts and compliance matters. I am a licensed lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India and practiced as an Advocate in Kerala, handling civil, criminal, and family law cases, as well as bank loan negotiation matters.
After returning to the UAE, I continued my practice as a Legal Consultant, specializing in contract and agreement drafting and review, regulatory compliance, construction law, real estate law, labour law, family law, and bank loan negotiations. My diverse cross-jurisdictional experience enables me to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
I hold an LL.M in Labour & Industrial Relations and Administrative Law, an MBA in Finance and Management, an LL.B (Unitary Degree in Law), and a B.Com, all completed with First Class distinction. I am fluent in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
